The pledge in the manifesto
■This is a version manifesto for 2,009 years of the Democratic Party.
I declare that the Democratic Party "provides it with "a child allowance" of 312,000 yen a year per to graduation from junior high school" in a manifesto in this way.

A desirable system

No,

It obstructs healthy school education I bring a problem of the money into the educational front, and to affect the choice of graduation or the repeating the same grade. Therefore a method on the basis of age will be much appropriate than a method on the basis of educational background.
Desirable correspondence
■Then how should the Democratic Party have handled this problem?
■One method accepts that a pledge was an error obediently, and it is to apologize. And a system to carry out is really to make it the system only for age limits. Even if the qualified voter feels it with pledge violation if I do it this way, I will may evaluate 潔 さを adversely.
